Prismafood DMA 310/2 Dough Rolling Machine with Dual-Side Thickness Roller

Bakery workshops at educational and healthcare institutions often need dough of two different thicknesses at once — for example, for bread and thinner baked goods. The Prismafood DMA 310/2 dough rolling machine, made in Italy, is built for exactly this: it has a single roller whose two edges are set to different thicknesses.

Thanks to the differentiated thickness on each side of the roller, a single setting gives the operator two thickness options: the dough simply passes through one side of the roller first, then the other. The machine handles dough pieces weighing 80 to 210 g and rolls them into a sheet 14 to 30 cm in diameter. It is operated with the foot pedal included in the delivery set, and thickness is adjustable from 0 to 5 mm. Power supply is 230 V, single phase, 50/60 Hz, rated at 0.25 kW (0.33 Hp); a 110 V, 60 Hz version is available on request.
