The BRILLIS GN 1/1-20 gastronorm pan (item 504) is a full-size tray in the base GN 1/1 size with minimal depth, made of food-grade melamine. It has the largest surface area among standard gastronorm pans, which makes it convenient for baked goods, flat dishes, sliced items and presenting large volumes on a single level of a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen.
The GN 1/1 size is the base module for most shelving units, heated and refrigerated counters, so the pan fits directly into existing kitchen equipment; when needed, several smaller pans (GN 1/2, GN 1/3) can be combined instead of a single GN 1/1 on the same level. The black body gives a tidy, neutral background for any dish. Melamine resists mechanical damage and stays relatively light even at this size, making the pan easier for kitchen staff to carry.
