The BRILLIS GN 1/2-100 gastronorm pan (item 617) is a deep container in the GN 1/2 size with a 6 L capacity, made of food-grade melamine. This capacity is convenient for soups, compotes, large batches of sauce, or side dishes served to several groups or classes at once in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens.
The 100 mm depth means the pan needs to be refilled less often during lunch, which is especially useful at peak serving times when many children or patients are served in a short window.
