The Altezoro P11020 perforated GN1/1 pan, 20 mm deep, is made for quickly draining liquid off food: its shallow depth and perforated bottom suit rinsing and drying vegetables, greens or fruit in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens.
Made to the GN1/1 standard, the pan measures 530×325×20 mm with a perforated bottom. The material is stainless steel, produced in China. It is normally placed above a solid pan of the same format so liquid drains down without mixing back into the food.
