The Altezoro P12020 perforated GN1/2 gastronorm pan, 20 mm deep, is a shallow container with holes in the bottom, well suited for washing, rinsing and draining liquid from greens, vegetables and finely chopped produce in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. The shallow depth lets water drain quickly so the food can move straight on to the next processing step.
Made to the GN1/2 standard, the pan measures 325×265×20 mm. The body material is stainless steel, resistant to frequent washing, moisture and contact with food. Its compact GN1/2 format fits into wash sinks, refrigerated cabinets and kitchen racks alongside other kitchen utensils.
