The Altezoro 23200 GN2/3 gastronorm pan, 200 mm deep, is the deepest non-perforated pan of this format in the range, designed for storing and transporting large volumes of food in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. Its depth is enough to hold a full day's supply of side dishes, soup or compote without having to swap containers during a shift.
Made to the GN2/3 standard, the pan measures 354×325×200 mm with a solid, non-perforated bottom. The material is stainless steel, produced in China. Its standard size fits refrigeration and heated kitchen equipment and is also convenient for moving finished dishes between the production area and the serving line.
