The Altezoro 11150 GN1/1 gastronorm pan is a deep (150 mm) stainless steel container built to the GN1/1 standard for storing food and prepared dishes in school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens. Compared with impact-resistant polycarbonate versions, the stainless steel option holds up better to constant daily use and frequent washing.
The standardized 530×325 mm GN1/1 footprint lets the pan fit into refrigeration equipment, ovens and other kitchen appliances, and it can also be used to display finished products on counters and serving lines, to bake instead of a tray, or to transport dishes between departments of an institution. A lid is included, replacing food wrap during storage or transport. Made in China.
