The Altezoro 13020 GN1/3 gastronorm pan, only 20 mm deep, is a shallow stainless steel container well suited to serving lines in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. Its low profile lets kitchen staff neatly arrange sliced ingredients, herbs, sauces or side components so they stay visible and appealing during service.
Made to the GN1/3 standard, the pan measures 325×176×20 mm with a solid, non-perforated bottom. The material — stainless steel — resists moisture, detergents and the daily wear of kitchen use. Its standard dimensions fit refrigerated and heated serving-line equipment, and the pan can also double as a baking tray or be used for short-term storage and transport of food.
