The BRILLIS 821-6 is a deep stainless steel gastronorm pan without handles, standard GN 2/1 size, 150 mm deep, 43.4 L capacity. It is designed for preparing, storing and transporting large volumes of food in foodservice businesses, including kitchens at schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities.
