The BRILLIS 821-2 is a stainless steel gastronorm pan without handles, standard GN 2/1 size, 65 mm deep, 18.4 L capacity. It is designed for preparing, storing and serving food in self-service areas of foodservice businesses, including kitchens at schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities.
The standardized GN dimensions allow the pan to be used with refrigerated display cases, freezers, combi ovens and regular ovens. The wear-resistant stainless steel stacks well and resists deformation under load.
