Altezoro 16200 GN1/6 Gastronorm Pan, 176×162×200 mm

The Altezoro 16200 GN1/6 gastronorm pan is the deepest model in the GN1/6 line at 200 mm, built for first courses, porridges and other foods that need more volume than shallow pans provide. It is used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens for serving dishes through a bain-marie or a refrigerated serving counter.

The GN1/6 format lets the pan fit into standard rails of bain-maries, hot counters and racks built for the gastronorm system, while the increased 200 mm depth reduces how often portions need to be topped up during busy service. The body material — stainless steel — does not absorb odours, cleans easily and withstands daily contact with hot dishes and detergents.
