The BRILLIS 811-6 is the tallest pan in the GN 1/1 line, 150 mm deep, designed for storing, transporting and displaying larger volumes of food and ingredients. Used in dining halls and kitchens of schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities, as well as restaurants, cafes and retail businesses.
The body is made of quality food-grade stainless steel without handles — a material that withstands daily intensive load. The standardized GN size allows the pan to be used with professional heating and refrigeration equipment.
