The BRILLIS 812-40 is a food-grade stainless steel pan without handles, standard GN 1/2 size, with a shallow 40 mm depth. The compact depth suits sauces, spices, side dishes and other food served in small portions in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafes, restaurants and catering businesses.
