The BRILLIS 813-6 stainless steel GN 1/3 pan, 150 mm deep, is designed for storing and transporting larger volumes of soups, sauces or side dishes. The model is used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as restaurants, cafes and foodservice businesses.
The body is made of food-grade stainless steel without handles, resistant to frequent washing and mechanical stress. The pan holds its shape under intensive daily use, and standardized GN dimensions allow it to be used together with other professional heating and refrigeration equipment.
