The BRILLIS 813-8 stainless steel gastronorm pan is the deepest option in the GN 1/3 line, 200 mm deep, built for storing and transporting larger volumes of food and ingredients. It is used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafes, restaurants and retail foodservice businesses.
Made of food-grade stainless steel without handles, the pan withstands intensive daily use, cleans easily and resists deformation. Standardized GN dimensions allow it to be placed in bain-maries, display units and chillers alongside other pans of the line.
