The BRILLIS 813-40 is a stainless steel GN 1/3 pan with a shallow 40 mm depth, convenient for cold starters, salads or portioned sauces on a serving line. It suits school, kindergarten and healthcare facility kitchens, as well as cafes, restaurants and retail foodservice businesses.
