Food-grade stainless steel without handles and a compact GN 1/3 size — the BRILLIS 813-2 pan, 65 mm deep, is designed for storing, transporting and serving small food portions. It is used in school, kindergarten and healthcare kitchens, as well as cafes, restaurants and canteens.
The standardized GN size allows the pan to be paired with professional heating and refrigeration equipment, as well as with other gastronorm pans on a serving line. The material resists mechanical stress and withstands intensive daily use.
