The BRILLIS 814-20 stainless steel gastronorm pan is a handle-free GN 1/4 container made of food-grade stainless steel. It measures 265×162 mm with a height of 20 mm, making it suitable for portioned storage and serving of dishes, sauces, side dishes and semi-finished products in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens.
The standardized Gastronorm dimensions allow the pan to be used together with a kitchen's thermal and refrigeration equipment — bain-maries, holding cabinets, refrigerators and freezers, as well as prep storage racks. Stainless steel resists moisture, detergents and temperature swings, which matters for intensive daily use in an educational or medical facility's kitchen.
