The Altezoro 11065 GN1/1 gastronorm pan is a 65 mm deep stainless steel container for everyday use in school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens. The medium depth suits it for cooking main courses and side dishes as well as for their subsequent storage, transport or serving on the line.
Made of stainless steel, the pan withstands baking, stewing and frying in ovens, combi steamers and convection ovens, and can also replace a baking tray or mould. The standard GN1/1 pan size and 530×325×65 mm dimensions let it be combined with any compatible kitchen equipment — from cold storage to a heated serving counter. A lid is included, helping to retain heat and slow down cooling of the dish. The pan has a solid, non-perforated surface and is easy to clean by hand or in a dishwasher.
