Altezoro 14065 GN1/4 Gastronorm Pan, 265×162×65 mm

The Altezoro 14065 GN1/4 gastronorm pan is a medium-depth (65 mm) stainless steel container built to the GN1/4 standard for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. Compared with shallow versions it holds a larger volume of food while remaining convenient for portioned serving of side dishes, sauces and cooked meals on a serving line.

Measuring 265×162×65 mm, the GN1/4 format allows it to be combined with other gastronorm pans of the same standard in bain-maries, refrigerated display cases and the kitchen's refrigeration and heating equipment. The solid, non-perforated bottom holds sauces and liquid components without leaking. The body is made of stainless steel, resistant to moisture, regular washing and contact with food.
