The Altezoro 12100 GN1/2 gastronorm pan is a deep container from the standard GN1/2 range that can replace a baking tray or mould when cooking, and can also be used for storage, presentation and keeping finished food warm on the serving line of a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen.
The pan comes with a matching stainless steel lid. Model dimensions are 325×265×100 mm, GN1/2 sheet format. The material resists moisture, detergents, and high or low temperatures, so the pan does not dull or corrode over time. It is suitable for transporting both raw ingredients and cooked dishes.
