The Altezoro 11040 GN1/1 gastronorm pan is a shallow stainless steel container built to the GN1/1 standard, used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as other institutions with organized serving lines, storage areas or dedicated kitchen sections. Its 40 mm depth makes it well suited for portioned dishes, sliced ingredients, baked goods or cold appetizers displayed in a single layer, taking up little space in bain-maries, display counters or refrigeration units.
The body is made of stainless steel — a material resistant to moisture, detergents and temperature swings that keeps its appearance over long-term use. The working surface is solid (non-perforated), making the pan suitable for both liquid and dry products. The standard 530×325 mm GN1/1 footprint allows it to be combined with other GN-standard equipment such as racks, refrigerated or heated cabinets and serving lines. A matching lid is included.
