The BRILLIS HM-4324 gastronorm lid, size GN 1/9, is a transparent domed polycarbonate cover for stainless steel gastronorm pans. It suits school and kindergarten canteens, cafes, restaurants and other food-service venues for storing and attractively displaying dishes.
Made of food-grade polycarbonate — a material resistant to impact and deformation, safe for contact with food. The lid does not absorb odours or flavours, is dishwasher-safe and withstands regular chemical cleaning. The transparent domed shape lets you see the contents without opening the pan, while the handle makes opening and closing easy.
