The BRILLIS 812-SL lid with silicone seal seals GN 1/2 gastronorm pans tightly, protecting food from leaks during storage and transport. It is a practical solution for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafes, restaurants and other foodservice establishments.
Made of stainless steel, the lid has standard dimensions of 325x265 mm. The silicone seal around the perimeter keeps liquid from leaking, so the lid works well for transporting sauces and liquid dishes; it also improves the pan's thermal insulation when carrying hot food.
