BRILLIS 813-L Gastronorm Pan Lid, GN 1/3

The BRILLIS 813-L standard lid fits the GN 1/3 gastronorm pan (325×176 mm) and is mainly used for storing food in refrigeration and freezing equipment in institutional kitchens. Made of stainless steel, the lid seals the pan tightly and keeps its contents from mixing with other products on a fridge shelf.

In a refrigerator, a covered gastronorm pan keeps food fresh for longer, prevents it from picking up odors from neighboring dishes, and stops the surface from drying out.
