BRILLIS 814-L Gastronorm Pan Lid, GN 1/4

The BRILLIS 814-L standard lid is made for the GN 1/4 gastronorm pan (265×162 mm) and is especially useful when transporting cooked food or prepared ingredients between kitchen areas or between facilities. Made of stainless steel, the lid fits snugly on the pan and helps prevent spilling or losing contents in transit.

During transport, a covered gastronorm pan keeps food at temperature longer than an open one and stops foreign objects from getting inside. This matters for schools, kindergartens, and hospitals that sometimes prepare meals centrally and deliver them to several buildings or groups. The lid fits a standard GN 1/4 pan and comes off easily once the food arrives.
