BRILLIS 816-L Gastronorm Pan Lid, GN 1/6

The BRILLIS 816-L standard lid fits the smallest of the standard gastronorm sizes — GN 1/6 (176×162 mm). Compact pans of this size are typically used for sauces, condiments, and small side-dish portions in school, kindergarten, and hospital kitchens. Made of stainless steel, the lid closes this small pan tightly.

Thanks to its small size, a covered GN 1/6 pan is easy to place several at a time — on a fridge shelf, a serving counter, or inside a transport container. The lid keeps a small portion of food just as well-protected from drying out and dust as larger lids protect bigger pans. It fits a standard GN 1/6 pan and comes off easily whenever needed.
