The Altezoro 23000 lid is made to tightly cover GN2/3 gastronorm pans in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. It removes the need for cling film when storing cooked dishes and semi-finished products, keeping food tidy in refrigeration equipment, on the serving line, and while moving between kitchen production areas.
The lid is made of food-grade stainless steel built for daily intensive use in foodservice facilities. Its size is 354×325 mm, matching the dimensions of a GN2/3 pan. The material withstands moisture, temperature changes and frequent washing, which matters for meeting sanitary standards in the kitchen of an educational or healthcare institution.
