The Altezoro 13000 lid is designed to tightly close GN1/3 standard gastronorm pans in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. It removes the need for cling film to cover food, keeping dishes tidy while stored in a refrigerator, on a serving line, or during transport between kitchen areas.
The lid is made of food-grade stainless steel and built for intensive daily use in foodservice facilities. Its dimensions are 325×176 mm, matching the size of a GN1/3 pan. The material resists moisture and regular contact with detergents, which matters for meeting sanitary requirements in an educational or healthcare institution's kitchen.
