The BRILLIS P811-4 is a GN 1/1 gastronorm pan, 100 mm deep, for storing, prepping and serving food in a professional kitchen. Its black polycarbonate body works well for displaying meat, vegetables and salads on serving lines, as well as in school and kindergarten canteens and food-service venues.
The pan is made of black polycarbonate that does not react chemically with food — the taste and quality of dishes stay unchanged, and the material resists food acids. Polycarbonate is a durable plastic that keeps its shape under daily use.
