The BRILLIS P811-8C is the deepest pan in the GN 1/1 series, made for storing, prepping and serving food in professional kitchens: restaurants, cafes, canteens and serving lines.
A 200 mm depth and 25.6 L capacity provide ample room for large volumes of food. The pan is made of clear polycarbonate — a strong, heat-resistant material whose walls let you check the contents without lifting the lid. A matte base keeps the pan looking neat even under extended use, and a measuring scale on the inner wall makes it easy to gauge the exact volume of product.
