The BRILLIS P812-6C is a clear polycarbonate gastronorm pan in GN 1/2 size for storing, prepping and serving food in the kitchen. Used in restaurants, cafes, canteens and on serving lines, including educational institution kitchens, to organise workflow and provide convenient access to ingredients.
Made of clear polycarbonate, a material strong enough to withstand typical kitchen working temperatures. Transparency lets staff monitor the contents without lifting the lid, and the matte bottom keeps the pan looking neat over prolonged use. A measuring scale on the wall lets staff determine the quantity of food inside.
