The BRILLIS P812-2C is a clear polycarbonate gastronorm pan in GN 1/2 size for storing, prepping and serving food in professional kitchens. Used in restaurants, cafes, canteens, on serving lines and in prep areas, including school and kindergarten kitchens where hygiene and workflow matter.
Made of clear polycarbonate — a material combining strength, heat resistance and food-contact safety. The transparent walls let staff see the contents without lifting the lid, while the matte bottom keeps the pan looking neat after prolonged use. A measuring scale on the inner wall helps track the quantity of food.
