The BRILLIS P814-6C is a clear GN 1/4 food pan for storing, preparing and serving food in food-service establishments. It is used on production tables, in refrigerators and on serving lines in restaurants, cafés and canteens, including school and kindergarten kitchens.
Made of clear polycarbonate — a heat-resistant material rated from -40 to +100 °C. Transparent walls let you check the contents without lifting the lid, while a matte bottom effectively hides marks from long-term use. A measuring scale on the wall allows quick volume checks. The 150 mm depth and 3.7 L capacity give enough room for portioned dishes, semi-finished products, sauces or vegetables.
