The BRILLIS P819-6C gastronorm container is a clear GN 1/9 pan, 150 mm deep, with a 0.92 L capacity. Suitable for storing spices, condiments, sauces and small ingredients in restaurants, cafes and canteens, as well as school, kindergarten and healthcare facility kitchens.
Made of clear polycarbonate resistant to mechanical damage and temperature stress, rated for both freezer and hot-holding conditions, from -40 to +100 °C. The clear walls let staff check contents without lifting the lid, and the matte base hides marks from use. A measuring scale on the wall helps gauge product volume quickly.
