BRILLIS P816-4 Polycarbonate Gastronorm Pan, GN 1/6-100 mm

The BRILLIS P816-4 polycarbonate gastronorm pan is a black GN 1/6 container with a 100 mm depth, built for storage, portioning and chilled holding of food in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutional catering facilities. Its compact 159×173 mm footprint fits standard gastronorm racks, refrigeration and freezer units, as well as serving lines and display counters alongside other GN-series pans.

Made of food-grade polycarbonate (PC), the pan withstands a temperature range of -40 to +100°C, making it suitable both for long-term storage in a freezer and for short reheating in a microwave. The 1.53 L volume makes it convenient for portioning chopped ingredients, sauces, side dishes or prepared batches without taking up excess counter space.
