BRILLIS P816-6 Polycarbonate Gastronorm Pan, GN 1/6-150 mm

The BRILLIS P816-6 polycarbonate gastronorm pan is a deep black GN 1/6 container with a 150 mm height, designed for storing and portioning larger volumes of food in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutional catering facilities. The extra depth suits salads, side dishes, main courses and bulk ingredients, while the 159×173 mm footprint fits standard gastronorm racks and serving lines alongside other GN-series pans.

Made of food-grade polycarbonate (PC), the pan withstands a temperature range of -40 to +100°C, so it is suitable for storing prepared batches in a freezer and for brief reheating in a microwave. Its 2.2 L volume lets kitchens prepare and hold a larger batch in a single pan of the same GN 1/6 footprint as the shallower versions.
