The BRILLIS P819-L lid is a clear, handled cover for GN 1/9 gastronorm containers, designed to seal food-filled pans tightly. It is widely used in food-service businesses and supermarkets for transporting food and storing it in refrigerators.
Made of polycarbonate — a material safe for food contact, resistant to high and low temperatures and to detergents.
