The BRILLIS P811-L is a clear GN 1/1 lid for polycarbonate gastronorm pans. It closes the pan tightly and helps keep food fresh at different storage temperatures — from chilled to hot holding in the kitchen or on a serving line.
The lid is made of polycarbonate, a material that does not react chemically with acids or fats and does not absorb food odours. Its transparency lets you see the contents without removing the lid, which is convenient on a serving line or when storing food in the kitchen.
