The BRILLIS GN 1/2 lid is an accessory from the Ukrainian brand BRILLIS that closes gastronorm containers and keeps food and ingredients covered in a professional kitchen. It is used together with GN 1/2 gastronorm containers in restaurants, cafés and canteens, including school and kindergarten kitchens.
