The BRILLIS P813-L is a clear polycarbonate lid for GN 1/3 gastronorm containers, designed to hold food and ready meals fresh under different storage temperatures. It is used together with gastronorm containers in the kitchens of restaurants, cafes and canteens, as well as institutional kitchens in schools and kindergartens, wherever the contents of a container need protection from the surrounding environment.
Made of polycarbonate, which does not react chemically with acids or fats and does not absorb food odours. The clear material lets staff see the contents of the container without removing the lid, speeding up work on serving lines and in prep areas.
