The Araven 03038 is the largest container in the airtight GN pan range, made in a GN 1/1 format, 200 mm deep, with a 27.5 L capacity. This volume suits storing large batches of cooked dishes, soups, side dishes or preparations in kitchens serving many people at once — school canteens, kindergartens and hospital kitchens. Its redesigned lid, with a double airtight seal and an LDPE component, fits tightly to the base along the entire perimeter.
The body is made of polypropylene — a material with high impact resistance, suitable for daily dishwasher cycles and safe for use in a microwave. The translucent walls let staff assess contents and their condition at a glance, and a measuring scale on the body helps track volume. The container's dimensions follow the EN 631.1 standard, making it compatible with standard GastroNorm equipment such as racks, cabinets and trolleys.
