Araven 09856 Airtight Lid for GN 1/1 Food Pan

The full-size Araven 09856 lid fits GN 1/1 food pans and is used where dishes or prepped ingredients are cooked and stored in large batches — in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals. Thanks to its bi-injection moulded construction with a rubber seal, the lid fits tightly around the entire perimeter even on large pans, providing complete airtightness.

It is made of polypropylene, a material that balances rigidity and flexibility and holds up to frequent washing and mechanical stress in a production kitchen. Its operating temperature range covers deep freezing as well as brief reheating. The product is free of bisphenol A and complies with European regulations for materials that come into contact with food.
