The Araven 09852 airtight lid is designed for GN 1/6 food pans and is used wherever a product needs reliable protection from air exposure during cold storage, transport or portion assembly. The lid is bi-injection moulded with a rubber seal running around the perimeter, which ensures a tight fit even on larger pans within the same range.
The lid is made of polypropylene, a material that balances rigidity and flexibility and holds up to repeated washing and daily use in an institutional kitchen. Its operating temperature range allows use in freezer storage as well as brief reheating. The product is BPA free and complies with European regulations for materials intended to come into contact with food, including migration limits.
