The Araven 00393 marker is designed for labelling gastronorm containers and food storage containers in institutional kitchens — schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other facilities with organised catering. It helps staff mark containers with their contents, preparation date or other information needed to track and control food on the premises.
The marker uses a water-based ink that resists friction and condensation, so writing stays visible on the container's surface throughout storage or transport. At the same time, the writing washes off easily: it can be rinsed away with water or removed by gently rubbing the container under hot water, and it also survives a dishwasher cycle.
