The Orest BS-1.6-2 beverage prep station is a compact workstation for drink-service areas in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. It combines a cutting surface, a sink, and dedicated ice and packaged-juice compartments in one unit — everything needed to quickly prepare compotes, fruit drinks and cold beverages before serving.
The frame is built from 40×40 mm tube clad in 1 mm stainless steel able to withstand intensive daily kitchen use. The ice and juice compartments are split by movable dividers that can be rearranged for a specific drink assortment, while an insulated bottom layer slows ice melting. Eight GN-1/9 pans are provided for chopped fruit often used as a garnish or added to compotes. The sink has a mixer-tap cutout, and a pull-out stainless steel bin plus a reinforced utility shelf keep the workstation tidy.
