The three-tier Bartscher TS301 A300073 serving trolley is built to move a larger volume of dishware, cutlery and trays in one pass than two-shelf models. Three shelves with a compact gap between them make it convenient for kitchens with a busy serving schedule and a large number of diners.
The frame is built from round tubing 25.8 mm in diameter, while the 827×510 mm shelves each hold up to 30 kg, for an overall load capacity of 90 kg. The gap between levels is 265 mm. Four 100 mm swivel castors, two fitted with brakes, allow the trolley to be locked in place during loading and rolled safely, fully loaded, through the facility's corridors. The chrome-nickel steel resists frequent washing and wet cleaning.
