The Saro ZENJA serving trolley is used to move dishes, meals and kitchen equipment between preparation areas and serving lines in food service kitchens. It suits canteens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals that need to regularly move loads over short distances within a facility.
The frame is made of plastic and light metal, keeping the trolley easy to manoeuvre. It has three shelves spaced approximately 300 mm apart, each with a work surface of 700×430 mm, and a total load capacity of up to 100 kg. The trolley rolls on four wheels, two of which have brakes to hold it in place while loading or unloading.
