The Saro NOEL shelf trolley (item 350-1015, Germany) is designed for moving and temporarily storing gastronorm pans in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals. Six tiers hold up to 12 GN 1/1 pans or 6 GN 2/1 pans at once, speeding up meal preparation for service and transport between different work areas of the kitchen.
The trolley's body and working surfaces are made of stainless steel, meeting sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment. The gap between tiers is 110 mm, and a raised edge on each tier keeps pans from sliding during movement. Four swivel wheels with brakes provide manoeuvrability in narrow kitchen aisles and secure the trolley in place while loading and unloading, and the 120 kg load capacity allows fully loaded tiers to be transported safely.
