The Araven 41818 wheeled platform in GN 1/1 format makes it easier to move isothermal cabinets and containers around a kitchen — between the preparation area, the serving line and the loading point. Instead of carrying heavy loaded equipment by hand, staff simply place it on the platform and wheel it to where it is needed.
The platform is designed to fit GN isothermal cabinets and comes with a tie-down strap to secure the load while it is being moved. Two of the four wheels are fitted with a brake, allowing the platform to be locked in place during loading or unloading and preventing unwanted movement on an uneven kitchen floor.
